A Bittersweet Moment

Hi friends! I’m so thankful for all of my faithful readers and followers. You mean the world to me.

We have a bit of sadness going on around here lately.

My family found out last weekend that our landlord of nine years has decided to sell our condo. What that means for us, is we have to move.

I’m a little stressed, to say the least, but I know my God is faithful. He is our provider and I know He’s going to bring us through this.

It’s because of this, I’m going to need to take a small sabbatical from writing so I can focus on finding a new place and preparing my family for the move. I will try to post as often as I can once things settle down a bit.

It truly is a bittersweet moment for me. I’m excited to start something new with my family, but sad because of all the moments we’ve shared in our current home. Nine years of memory making. My youngest was only 7 when we moved here. My oldest was only 13. I keep telling myself memories are in the heart, not in the house, but still I’ve cried and grieved a little over the last week.

It sucks that I need to be away because I have my October editorial calendar all filled up, but poor planning on my part means I didn’t get them written soon enough. Booooo!!! When I get a chance, I’ll write, but for now, my focus needs to be elsewhere. I hope you all understand and won’t leave me!!!

I will do my best!! Pray for us!

See you soon! HUGS,

Robyn
