Well, hello there! I hope this day finds you well and full of life!

Life here has been busy, per usual, but good. There have been some challenges, but when aren’t there challenges, right?

Lots happens every day. Is that your world too? Yeah, I think that’s fairly common now-a days. We seem to move at the speed of light and then look back wondering where our time was spent.

One of the things I’ve been working on being better with is using my editorial calendar for Just Bits and Pieces.  I am not good at it and most of the time, I blow it off because I can’t figure out how in the world to plan months of posts and ideas for posts. I know, that’s funny seeing how I just posted a post last month with ideas of what to write about when you don’t know what to write about. GO FIGURE!!! LOL 😜

When I finally did sit down last month to brainstorm ideas of what to write about this month, I struggled. I rambled around in my head. I rambled around on the net. I rambled around on Pinterest. I… well, you get the idea. I rambled around.

Then, one night I realized I had entire month’s worth of posts, maybe more, sitting right in front of me.

Every evening, OK honestly, most evenings, that’s not quite honest either, when I can squeeze the time in and when I’m not drop dead tired, I do my Bible study. Sad, isn’t it? I’m working on getting better with that part of my life too. My relationship with God is important to me. I simply haven’t figured out what works best for me when it comes to sitting down with His word.

I digress…

So, on one of the nights when I was doing my Bible study, I realized I had pages and pages of notes on prayer, eight pages to be exact. Suddenly, you know how those ah-ha moments go, I’m thinking, DUH!, write about praying and prayer. Heck, make it a series for the whole month of September.

And that, my friends, is what we’re going to be exploring all month.

More specifically, we’re going to look at:

• What the Bible says about prayer
• What Prayer is
• How to Pray
• Our own personal War Room

I hope it’s going to be exciting and enlightening and enjoyable and encouraging and, and, well, everything I imagine it will be. HA! I just noticed I’m hoping with a lot of E’s!! 🤭🤭

I hope you’ll join me as I explore the world of prayer and praying! I’m so looking forward to this journey because I know there are things ya’ll can teach me that I didn’t get from my study!!
