I’m feeling more grateful every day! I’m also noticing a shift in my ability to change my attitude. When I wake up all surly and snappy, I’m realizing simply looking for things to be grateful for changes my mood right around.

So, today we’re looking at what food we’re grateful for. Um, this is going to be short and sweet.
I’m grateful for any food that is in my fridge and pantry. I mean really, there are so many in this world who don’t have any food or who wonder where their next meal is going to come from.
I feel a bit like a glutton as I think about all the food I’m blessed with. This day of the challenge is humbling, to say the least. I couldn’t possibly sit here and tell you what food I’m grateful for and feel good about it.
Let’s simply leave it at, I am grateful for the food on my table and am praying for all those who are less fortunate.
