Every member of my family has a great sense of humor. They are funny to the core on any given day without even trying.
I wasn’t the least bit surprised when we were creating our summer of fun lists, using that sense of humor appeared on them.

And so, for today’s activity, I voice recorded my children (not something they’ve done before). It was so much fun. Oh we’ve done videos before, but somehow having just their voice recorded added a bit of pressure. They had to think about how they sounded. Was it coming out clear? Did they like the sound of their voice? Was the enunciation good? Yeah, there was a bit of pressure there, but like the champs they are, they passed through with flying colors.
It’s fun to ask kids to do things they’ve always done in new and exciting ways; It helps them grow who they are and broaden what they think are their scope of abilities (psst, that’s the ‘little something’ to take away for today).
For your listening pleasure, I present to you, today’s activity
Activity No. 16 – Telling Jokes
Here are my kids telling some of their favorite jokes (notice I said their favorites… uh hum, *gently clearing throat*). 😉 Seriously, I laughed all the way through the recording session even when you hear me booing or when you hear nothing from me.
They are really cute jokes
Guaranteed to bring a smile to your face!
YOUR TURN! Share YOUR favorite joke with me in the comment section!!!
My son loves telling jokes, they’re dreadful, but he thinks he’s funny 🙂
